CyberScrub Review:
Summary:
CyberScrub is extremely customizable and highly effective privacy software. It has an intuitive interface providing many cleaning options. CyberScrub includes many pre-defined cleaning locations and plug-ins as well as the ability to add your own.
Features:
CyberScub contains many pre-defined Windows and web browser history locations. For most of these locations, they will show you what is going to be deleted (registry locations and file locations). They also have an impressive list of plug-ins, with the ability to further customize cleaning options for each plug-in. CyberScrub also allows you to add custom folders and files to destroy. One unique feature is the ability to 'protect' certain files so they will not be erased during a cleaning. CyberScrub contains many additional usefull features such as the ability to assign user permissions, set a password, and set up scheduling.
Usability:
CyberScrub has a clean, well-organized tabbed interface. Each cleaning option can be enabled/disabled within this tabbed interface. During the cleaning process, you are shown a progress window indicating current cleaning location and progress status. There are many advanced features which will probably require some reading through their help documentation.
Effectiveness:
CyberScrub includes multiple file destruction methods, allowing you to choose the level of destuction that will be performed. Most of these methods meet or exceed US Department of Defense standards. You can also create a custom method which allows you to configure various patterns and randomness which will be used when deleting files.

The help file included is extremely informative, providing a software overview as well as software settings and customizations. |

The command line parameters allow you to insert erasing commands to your BAT files and then run this BAT file automatically using SystemAgent or other scheduling software.
