Summary:
PrivacyAgent is a decent privacy software product. PrivacyAgent cleans most Windows and web browser locations and has a decent list of plugins.
Features:
PrivacyAgent cleans most of the common locations where history is stored and contains some chat and P2P plugins. PrivacyAgent has 3 deletion methods - Low(1 pass), Medium(5 passes)and High (35 passes). PrivacyAgent also has a stealth mode feature and a scheduling feature.
Usability:
PrivacyAgent is very easy to use. In addition to the main interface, there two main windows - a window which allows you to select the cleaning options, and deletion level and a window to set general settings such as scheduling and startup options.
Effectiveness:
For some reason PrivacyAgent wasn't able to clear the auto complete (text fields) history in Internet Explorer during out tests.
We didn't have problems with the other cleaning options.
Support: The help file is quite brief but explains all options.
